Biography
Dr. Justice is Chair of the international GOFC/GOLD Program, co-chair of the GEOGLAM Initiative and Chief Scientist for the NASA HARVEST program. Dr. Justice is also a member of the International Advisory Committee (IAC) of International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals (CBAS).
