Faculty Profile 

Dr. Dubayah is the Director of the International Center for Innovation in Geospatial Analytics and Earth Observation.

Dr. Dubayah is the Principal Investigator for the Global Ecosystems Dynamics Investigation Lidar (GEDI) mission - High resolution laser ranging of Earth’s forests and topography from the International Space Station (ISS). GEDI is led by the University of Maryland in collaboration with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
